True Grid Independence — Not Grid Dependence

Unlike conventional data centers that rely on interconnection queues, transmission
upgrades, and long-term utility commitments, our Private Utility Data Parks operate as private energy islands:

  • On-site renewable solid fuel manufacturing

  • Multi-day to multi-week fuel storage capacity

  • Dedicated, behind-the-meter power generation

  • No reliance on public transmission or distribution infrastructure

Power is produced exclusively for the data center, ensuring reliability, price certainty, and operational control. When excess capacity exists, our park can optionally sell power back to the public grid, strengthening local energy resilience rather than depleting it.

Competitive Differentiators

Purpose-Built Power for a Constrained Grid Environment
Across the United States and globally, legislators, utilities, and

regulators are raising urgent concerns about the rapid expansion of data centers and the strain they place on already constrained power grids. Traditional utility-dependent models are increasingly misaligned with the scale, speed, and reliability required by modern digital infrastructure.

Our Private Utility Data Parks are designed specifically to solve this problem. Rather than competing for scarce public power, our coalition develops fully self-powered data center campuses where fuel production, power generation, and thermal recovery are integrated on-site—independent of the public grid.
