FFNRG Power Group, Sourcecolo Data Systems, and Innovo Solutions Announce National Coalition to Launch Private Utility Data Parks

February 2, 2026 — FFNRG Power Group, Sourcecolo Data Systems, and Innovo Solutions announced a national alliance to develop a network of Private Utility Data Parks—fully self-sustaining parks that integrate renewable energy production with high- density data center infrastructure.

Over the next two years, the coalition plans to develop eight off-grid parks, each capable of producing up to seventy-five megawatts of clean, continuous power to support a 100,000-square-foot data center without drawing electricity from local utilities.

A defining feature of the model is its carbon-negative energy strategy, which incorporates advanced CO2 and carbon-oxide capture, conversion, and utilization systems. This approach enables measurable emissions reduction while supporting future participation in carbon-credit and environmental-attribute markets.

The first park locations include Florida, Nevada, Colorado, Mississippi, Tennessee, Texas, Georgia, and Arizona. “These parks are designed to power themselves while relieving pressure on the public grid,” said Trace Willson of FFNRG Power Group. “They represent a faster, cleaner, and more resilient path to deploying critical digital infrastructure.”

Sourcecolo Data Systems provides expertise in AI-ready data center design and systems integration, while Innovo Solutions leads development and delivery of next- generation infrastructure.

The coalition will break ground on the first four campuses in 2026, with the remaining sites beginning development in 2027.
